You made it possible for me and others to have amazing uplifting experiences and achieve goals which would have been impossible without you, thank you so so much. You will never be forgotten. Through the years I have stretched myself beyond what the average person in my profession would dare to do, striving to make a difference in the lives of people and animals. Unfortunately, I had many great losses and did not have the knowledge and experience of the corporate and modern world and failed with many attempts but I still believe that we can pioneer and achieve more conservation goals with renewed courage and knowledge.
The Website
Advertising this website is part of an awareness campaign to inform people with more detailed information on mismanagement, abuse of wildlife and tourist exploitation. Local publicity is very important because the irregularities are local. The more people talk about the concerns, the more difficult it becomes for the people who cause it to get away with it and therefore we can reduce the negative effect on wildlife and visitors.
Current Project
Having had so many great losses I evolved mentally to create a concept which can be of substantial conservation value and generate considerable funding simultaneously without being bound by a geographical location.
I designed a new type of water-craft powered by wind. It is not a copy of any existing type of sail boat or wind surfing craft and does not exist yet in the public realm. The floating section is double hulled with a centre seat fused aerodynamically into a single shape. It has multiple advanced sails for propulsion. The “sails” are no longer conventional, making the craft a first of its kind. The control of the sails required complex mechanisms which were inspired by the study of “Bio-mimicry.”
Advantages over existing products
- Operating the craft is easy and will not require skill or physical strength, making it possible for anyone to ride.
- It is safer on the open water than conventional wind-surfers in difficult wind conditions.
- It is multi-functional and can be used for fishing, snorkelling, and exploring.
- Medical kits, food, and drinks can be loaded as optional extras.
During 2021 I built a flimsy “prototype” and conducted preliminary tests. It achieved enough positive results to continue the project but due to a lack of funds I had to return to work. In 2024 I met amazing people to whom I described the idea. They were incredibly kind to sponsor the project which made it possible to conduct further testing and purchase better materials for the mechanisms of the craft. Images and detailed descriptions of the current prototype cannot be shown here for obvious reasons.
Sponsor or Partnership
This concept will very likely be completed with or without me. A great idea seldom stays a great idea for too long and will probably be discovered. I am seeking financial assistance to complete the project.
Personal Needs
Having being so busy with projects and having had multiple stretches without income between jobs I have fallen behind financially. I sold my vehicle a long time ago to fund a project. Although fully qualified as a Trails guide I have also fallen behind with the ever advancing levels of qualifications in the Trails-guiding profession. I desperately need funding to attain the next level to stay up to date for employment.
